HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Call or text, and leave a message stating your name, the date of event and the items or packages you are interested in renting. Someone will get back to you as soon. 

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Make your reservation as soon as possible and not a week of two before the wedding date because we can't guarantee that there will be a slot available. In the event that you need to make a last minute reservation, it is possible to do so, but we can't guarantee that our services will be available at that time.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

Payment should be taken care of when you come to pick up rental items. Cash and Quickpay/Zelle only!  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you discuss shtick among the kallah's friends BEFORE making a reservation. Please make arrangements before you commit. If unsure, We can hold your place for up to 3 days until a final decision is made but after that, we have to keep the date open for other customers.

 

Duration of Rental

Shtick is generally expected to be picked up the day before or day of the wedding and dropped off the following morning or afternoon. If there are no other reservations around that time, we are flexible to have it returned and picked up at earlier or later date if needed (but we can't guarantee it in advance). Therefore, the window policy varies on a case by case basis. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING I BORROWED GETS LOST OR DAMAGED?

DAMAGE AND REPAIR POLICY: Arches, Parachute, Umbrella, Jumprope etc. must be returned in the same condition you received it in. To prevent possible issues, please supervise young children to avoid potential damage of these delicate items. If broken, ripped, or damaged during the time of rental, repair fees will apply and the one who reserves the shtick is responsible to reimburse the gemach for the damaged item(s).
